Home

The Home page is the starting point of the CPQ platform, providing a quick overview of ongoing configurations, recent activity, and key business statistics. It is designed to help you jump directly into active work or get a snapshot of your recent performance without navigating through multiple sections.

Open Configurations

At the top of the Home page, you will find the Open Configurations table.
This section lists all configurations that are currently in progress, allowing you to quickly resume work or review ongoing opportunities.

Table Columns:

  • # – Unique configuration ID.
  • Status – Current status of the configuration (e.g., Open).
  • Name – The customer or contact name linked to the configuration.
  • Created – Date and time when the configuration was created.
  • Actions – Shortcuts to open, edit, or manage the configuration.

Tips:

  • Use the Actions menu to quickly reopen.
  • The table is ordered by creation date, with the newest configurations at the top.

Statistics

The Statistics section gives you quick insights into recent activity and business performance.

Metrics displayed:

  • Quotation Requests – Total number of new quotations within the selected time period.
  • Total Offer Price – Combined monetary value of all offers created within the selected period.
  • Number of Visitors (Last Week) – Web visitor count for the past 7 days.
  • Monthly History – A visual chart showing trends in quotation recustes over time.

Time Interval Selection

You can view statistics for different time periods:

  • 30 Days
  • 2 Months
  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
  • Lifetime

Currency Selection

Next to the time interval selector, you can choose which currency to display the Total Offer Price in.
Important:

  • The currency is not converted.
  • The value shown reflects the exact currency that was selected at the time of the quotation request.
  • This ensures you see the original quoted value without exchange rate adjustments.

Example:

  • Quotation Requests: 2
  • Total Offer Price: €253,400.00
  • Visitors Last Week: (value displayed in your dashboard)

Best Practices

  • Review Open Configurations daily to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Adjust time intervals to compare short-term vs. long-term performance.
  • Filter by currency when you want to focus on a specific market without exchange rate distortion.
  • Monitor statistics regularly to spot trends in quotation volume and conversion rates.
  • Use the Monthly History chart to assess seasonal trends and plan marketing or sales pushes.
