Quotes (Formerly Quotation requests)
The Quotes page lists all configurations that have been fully submitted by a user.
A request is considered “fully submitted” when it includes:
- Configuration data – All selected options and settings from the configurator.
- Completed request fields – Required form fields such as customer details, contact information, and other submission data.
This page is primarily used to manage and review requests that are ready for follow-up, quotation generation, or further processing.

- 100
- All (shows all configurations in a single view)
Use the pagination controls to move between pages when the selected view does not include all configurations.
Best Practices
- Check quotation requests daily to ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Use the search and status filters to prioritize requests by urgency.
- Preview before editing to confirm you are working on the correct request.
- Regularly close completed requests to keep the list manageable.
- Export requests periodically for reporting or analysis (if available in your system).
