Discount Groups
Introduction
In the Discount Group section, you can add and manage groups who are eligible for specific pricing discounts. By assigning customers to different discount groups, you can offer targeted pricing based on their category, purchasing behavior, or other criteria. This feature helps streamline pricing strategies, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate discounts without manual intervention.
Discount groups can be linked to specific products in the Form Builder, allowing for customized pricing for various customer segments.
With this feature, you can easily configure and control discount rates across multiple customers, helping you deliver a personalized experience while maintaining consistency in your pricing strategy.
How to Add a Discount Group
To add a price change, follow these steps:

Navigate to Discount Groups under the Pricing section:
Go to the Discount Groups section under the Pricing menu. -
Click Add Price Change:
Select this option to begin adding a new discount group. -
Fill out the fields:
Provide the following information to complete the discount group setup:- Active (required): Choose whether the discount group is active or not. This can also be changed later.
- Name (required): Enter a name for the price change, e.g., “Summer Sale Discount” or “New Year Promotion.
- Description (optional): Provide a description of the price change for reference, e.g., “Discount for a specific cusotmer” or “End-of-year sale.”
- Price Change (required): Specify the discount group formula. You can write:
10%- Set the price to 10% of the original price.+10%- Add 10% to the original price.-10%- Subtract 10% from the original price.1000- Set the price to 1000.+1000- Add 1000 to the original price.-1000- Subtract 1000 from the original price.

Save and back button:
Once you’ve entered the necessary information, click the “Save and back” button to add the new price change.
After a price change has been added, you can edit or delete it as needed.
